How we get started

1. Intro conversation

We always start with a conversation first. We want to align on what your team needs asap and check for mutual fit. We'll always tell you if we're not the right fit for your problem.

2. Key problem resolution

Our first goal is to solve a discrete problem for you. Together, we identify the problem that's the best fit and the right timeline. This approach allows us to provide immediate results while better understanding what's happening and surfacing opportunities for future work.

3. Embedded leadership

Once we've solved one problem, we'll discuss what an ongoing partnership would look like given your context. Typically, we work in 3-6 month increments to provide clear impact and accountability. In some cases, we can do shorter or longer-term projects as needed.
